CrossFit is for everyone, but we recognize it can be pretty intimidating to walk into a class. That's why we created Koda Foundations, a program offers a slower-paced, individualized environment to ensure you're comfortable with every aspect of the workout. You can expect:
Small Class Sizes
We prioritize smaller class sizes in Koda Foundations to ensure you're getting the feedback you need from our excellent coaching staff.
Slower Paced Classes
We like to slow things down in Koda Foundations to provide finely detailed instruction on every aspect of the workouts. This gives you the confidence you need to reach your fitness goals.
Real Results
During this six week program you can expect to see REAL results! In week one, we will find your baseline with a series of fitness tests. The workouts in week two through five will be crafted to improve your strength and cardiovascular endurance. In week six, we will retest to see your inevitable progress!
